well lads had my 12 hens out tonight put them out at 4.30pm dark at 5.30
every thing went well dropped my 12 my hens at 6.30pm about just over 1 hour
dark great nice to see ur birds geting on the way thier trained to do,
and no shit from bop to day but what i will said is if u dark train all ur
o/birds as y/birdsthis game is a hell lot more easier what it give me i
can put my birds out 15m

I had the young tipplers out again after a 2 night brake,,had them on half
feed for 2 nights so they were responding well.
I pushed them up more tonight so they were doing a few laps in the dark
above the loft,,but still a bit worried about the hungry hawks around here
so I'm trying not to get the tipplers to air born.....................

3 more dark training pix ,the last 2 photo's are after 8pm ,one with a flash
and one with out ,,,all the tipplers were in by 8;35 pm and that's dark here
at the moment................

i started my cross hens first straight to the lights first drop , thinking
of not bothering with the later in the year bred boden hens i had , but
tried something new this year , i actually threw the bodens up in the dark
30 mins after the rest of the kit went out because the rest had all ready
had a week of drops and they got in with the rest and flew on and all
dropped ok to the lights as t
I start all of them off together all are dark trained from being young
birds, FIRST DAY 40 mins before dark I put them up, not much in the way of
kitting, but glad to say they all responded to the lights and droppers,
NEXT DAY all of the kit up together 40 mins before dark, this time kitted
and dropped 5 mins into the dark, played them on the top before handling
