Dave,
Sorry to jump in. I agree with you all the way. There is no set standard or
definition of English Flying Tippler. I guess we all have some kind of
general idea and can recognize some of the families of EFT. I am just a
young puppy in this fancy but I hear allot of old timers' stories and can
see we have come a long way.

I believe long before any bird with more then (2-3) white flight or Dunn
print or Yellow ..... was considered a non tippler here in Canada and could
not be entered into a comp fly or so I was told. Only BLK mottles, prints
were considered tipplers and were allowed to fly into comps. Bell Neck was
considered not a tippler in UK long before may be you can correct me if I am
wrong. Now in these day you can find all these colours in tippler which have
proven their worth in the air. I was also, under the impression that Hughes
were only blues & few badges till I see print & other colours from you. Now
who can argue there are no Print Hughes?

I guess until we interact with fanciers from other part of the world we may
not see the entire picture.

Harpreet
