In my opinion it's great idea to take legal action to save birds we love. We
all know it's not going to be an easy road but not impossible, like Richard
said "chances of winning a court battle vs. birds of prey will be something
like a 1% chance of success if you are lucky"
but hey the %1 chance is there and it's totally worth fighting for it.
Imagine how much money and love we spend to raise young birds every year and
how many are taken by BOP; we can spend a small part of the wasting money
toward protecting our birds. I'm with you guys with this all the way.
