Pigeon Record Program

This is the latest version with an added "Search by Category" Feature.
Note: Fixed a bug in the ADD feature of the pedigree chart.
You can now use "bmp" or "jpg" files for your photos.

The Program
This program will keep track of and print charts, nesting records, and has a breeder and a data base. Once breeders are entered in a couple of places, pedigree charts and data base entries are automatically filled out for new offspring so you don't need to keep typing new entries and forms. It will also add a picture of your bird to the pedigree chart, nesting box info files and data base files.

First Time Users
The Setup file will install the program and manual on your computer and create a folder and the photo sub-folder, put the necessary files where they belong and put an icon on your desktop (if you want one there). It is a large file (2.2 MB) so if you already have an earlier version installed it would be easier to just download the new program file and replace your existing one with it ( 11/3/06 version only). For the 7/16/07 version you will need to use the setup file because it installs some additional files necessary to run the program.

PDF Manual

The PDF Manual is a large file but is an interactive manual that can be read with Adobe Reader . A screen image of each program page is shown on a separate page of the manual and when you click on a yellow icon a description of the function is shown. You can also click on a button in the screen image and it will take you to the manual page that shows a screen image of the page you would go to if you were using the program. So you can jump around in the manual and see sample pages of how the program works.
