General Rule 15.

Any circumstances arising that are not governed by the foregoing rules, the
Council shall have the power to act thereon and their decision in all
matters is final.

Any fancier objecting to the appointment of a roaming referee by our NTU
council must have something to hide, it is beyond me why anyone would come
on a forum like this to say otherwise, and more especially someone who said
in a post some time ago that he was looking forward to picking up his nice
big shiny trophies at the AGM and never turned up or has since. Maybe we
need to get the memberships trust back into our sport, and appointing
independant roaming refs is the way forward in my opinion.
